When no one is home, the arrangement will be placed on the porch unless explicit instructions are given otherwise. In the event of extreme temperatures or unsecured location, our driver may tag the door, leave a voicemail and request the recipient to pick up or arrange a re-delivery for the following day. A re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged in the situation where an incorrect address was given and a second delivery attempt is needed. We suggest ordering 1-2 days ahead for best match. However, same day delivery requires similar substitution with in-stock product on hand to facilitate delivery that same day. When ordering for same day delivery, every effort will be made to limit substititions to seasonal flowers with similar look and feel. It is recomended that you order 1-2 days prior for best availability. One of our representatives will call you if a major substitution is required or product is not available on the market.
